This is nothing more than corporate housekeeping. If they wanted to stick it to you it would have been 25,000,000 shares not $25 million. No way they do the preferred and keep selling another 14 million shares at $1.78. I bet it happens before the July CC. Have a good weekend, but this is not a big deal and I agree with CP...catalyst is coming. Just not sure what.
