Parilla says he sold FRTD's "medical assets" to Cascade for $2 million. In return, he's getting stock that he says he'll distribute to FRTD shareholders. I should think FINRA would regard that distribution as a dividend.
Except that it seems quite unlikely any of this will ever happen. If Parilla intends for it to take place, he needs to get busy. And so does Cascade.
