LMAO dude... They can issue shares all they want... it goes to the Outstanding when they do... people should worry when they hit the FLOAT, which is obviously what they did!

If CEO was smart he would have made them RESTRICTED so it wouldn't hurt us... but he didn't... because he doesn't give a S#!T!
