Perhaps, perhaps, because the responses to the song are always about the singer, not the song.

If you want to wait for the results that's fine. Nobody is suggesting USPR states the results early.

But, please, tell me what is wrong with wanting to know that the survey started? Remember, USPR said it would start Sept of 2013 and Feb 2014, and both times it did not. Is it unreasonable to want to know it actually started the 3rd time USPR said it would? Not every 15 minutes. Just if they said it would start on May 10, did it? How is that unreasonable?

Plus, if investors are informed of previous public statements actually happening, then they can make their investment choice to buy, buy more, or sell, based on what they, THEY, believe the results will be.

But if someone thinks the results will be good, and wants to buy/ buy more, and they do, but it turns out the surveying is delayed again, shouldn't they know it was delayed? It might affect their timing.
