Nobody believed me or listened to me....when I posted about the 3/31/14 Financial Statement that was released by the company.
That statement was completely bogus imo and needs to be revised.
It pretty much just took the old numbers before the reverse merger and slapped March 31, 2014 on them.
They (Chris and crew) just filed something to file something.
There had to be some accounting activity (cash spent, liabilities incurred, etc.) from the time Chris took over on Jan 27th through March 31st. Company needs accounting help imo.
