Problem is we are seeing shares from deals very likely done months ago. Go check out the filings for $NBRI. They are a fully reporting pink. We know exactly the date the shares will hit the market. Sometimes there are multiple dates out beyond the financing. Sometimes it takes them weeks to convert them but we know how much and when it begins so we add it up to know when it will end . Its to their advantage not to sink the PPS to get highest price so their MM dilute into news and smartly otherwise. Same thing thats happening here. Our annual and 1st quarter fins tell how many shares went out we just don't know the structure of the deals but we are surely feeling it recently via NITE.
