Corect me if im wrong but wasn't it revealed later on that there was a partner but because of the data debacle it was later found out we lost that said partner?

It was stated in the lawsuit that there was supposedly a partner but who really knows. If you believe that then do you believe the other stuff written in the lawsuit? By the price action, I do believe they may have had a partner. The question is if they indeed did then how in the world do we not have one now unless the reconfigured data is not very impressive or because of mgmt's greed. Patients are dying. I sure hope it is not because somebody wants to get filthy rich instead of just wealthy. With hundred of thousands of options in reality a $5 share price makes mgmt wealthy. Remember you can always take stock in the acquiring company if you feel you are not getting what you are worth if you really want to see the science get to patients. All imo.
