Joseph Shan NEVER STATED the P3 was going to have "HOCKEY STICK" Enrollment.

I get hassled because of a stupid play on words; however, many of you take the "HOCKEY STICK" Enrollment as "GOSPEL"... The sad thing is that Joseph Shan NEVER said that the P3 was going to be "HOCKEY STICK" Enrollment.

He was only alluding to the timeline of the LOOK-INS and it would be based on the enrollment and only used the "HOCKEY STICK" and a "FLAT LINE" as examples of when a look-in could happen.
