Yes it would; this guy who is dealing for Len Amoto {nite trading guy] did the same thing with a public traded comic book company that made some movie deals but the CEO was so wacked out he would not sign the papers and the sec Stepped in and he is now in court battles over stupid stuff still trying to hang on to the company over a new movie deal that is very shakey at best.
