Nothing until the dividend is declared. At that point, the divs' ex-date, record date and pay date should be scheduled.

Problems is that about 100% of all pinksheet stock dividends are restricted...funny how the restriction stays until such time that the stock has been knocked down to worthless. Seen it a few times....and even felt it twice.
