Such schedules tend to be written on the wind but a bit more worrisome is that HTM has never before done high temperature geothermal power. Unstable political and economic conditions in Guatemala on the other hand are not usually a great problem for geothermal power. Guatemalans desperately need power that geothermal provides.

My thought about The Geysers project is that attempts to sell steam rather than power is dreamland. Ram Power tried to do it for years as totally incompetent management came ever closer to bankruptcy and dissolution.
Incompetent management - you wrote it and I hope we haven't it right now at HTM. Finance reports tell a good story so far and as we all know there are almost finished wells which just need to be "used" and that fact is totally not affected by any kind of management. I'm very optimistic that Geysers will have a working solution in the near future.
