the forum was illegal since the 1st day they banned an investor of pvec from viewing the forum. if a company uses any sort of social media, twitter, facebook, blog, etc.... it has to be open to all... but what does management care if all they have to do is dodge subpoenas and file for bk

the above is all IMHO (consider this my safe harbor statement)
