Talonsin I have posted this several times already BUT since we have new Investors here now that have not read the past pages of posts here goes again, If you read the DEF14 Filing, the Increase in Authorized shares to 1 BIL is Coupled along with a Loan From "Commander Capital" who is owned by "Cornell Capital",(From what I was told). MICHELEX IS "NOT" GETTING THIS LOAN FROM COMMANDER CAPITAL! THE 1 BIL AUTHORIZED WAS COMMANDERS(CORNELLS) IDEA, SO THERE WOULD BE ENOUGH SHARES FOR ALL THE CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES, BUT THAT DEAL IS OFF!!!CORNELL IS UNDER A MAJOR SEC INVESTIGATION FOR MANIPULATING MLXO STOCK! If you need confirmation of this I suggest you do some DD for yourself, Links are in the I-Box, and make some phone calls. Michelex has "NEW FINANCING"! They have a Major Lender paying off Wells Fargo, after Wells Fargo is paid off, they have someone who is Loaning the company "OPERATING CAPITAL" So they can get their Production lines back to work, and the Revs coming back in at a Normal Pace. I don't know who this person is who is lending the company operating cash, BUT I have been assured this, "THERE ARE NO NEW SHARES INVOLVED, NO CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES, NO DILUTION OF THE CURRENT FLOAT" It sounds to me like this Person is a shareholder himself and to secure his loan, he will be made a Lienholder on some property or assets that Michelex Owns. The CEO is very SERIOUS ABOUT NOT DILUTING THE STOCK AT THIS TIME! HE SAID LATER ON DOWN THE ROAD AFTER THEY ARE BACK ON THEIR FEET, THEY MAY OFFER SOME NEW SHARES TO RAISE CAPITAL, BUT NOT AT THIS TIME. RIGHT NOW THIS STOCKS FAIR MARKET VALUE IS .175-.18 BASED ON THE LAST 10K AND I BELIEVE WE WILL BE THEIR SOON, ESPECIALLY ONCE THE COMPANY IS RELISTED ON THE OTCBB. CALL YOURSELF TO CONFIRM WHAT I HAVE POSTED. "NO DILUTION AT THIS TIME" I'd say for at Least 6-12 Months before they are ready to offer any NEW SHARES. The timeframe on that is my opinion from talking with the CEO.
