ceramic disk under coil. The first order I got had the glass and top screen. The order from 4-20 to the most recent have a extra white disk under the coil. The person loved the first one said had no issues. But now the one with the disk under it said he cant get it to burn anything.

Anyone else have any issues? I kept one for my self to play with and the coil gets bright orange. Not sure how theirs wouldn't be burning anything? Possible theirs is defective?

Banging my head here, thought they had it all figured out. Now they changed it and back to struggling ugh!
