Oh my god, this is truly the end of days. Melamede sold his control for a mere $500 and stepped down from the board! I bet it's just so he doesn't have to file a 4k every time he dumps common shares plus gets to let dabney play the bad guy.

Too bad, I had high hopes for a real long time on this company.
