First off they CHANGED the name from Dethrone to Throwdown because all they received from Dethrone was a headache and ZERO anything else.
Headaches like the contact for the Texas Vs Nation Game where they were contracted to receive items they never received. Thus they took back shares from them - leading to this FRIVOLOUS lawsuit.
There is no grounds as Overtime Sports was in breach.
But yeah one would have to go back into filings and ACTUALLY look and see what was promised in the contract vs what WE received!
