I feel bad for him also but I can assure you he didn't short this stock. He promoted MDNT TIRELESSLY morning, noon and night on a daily basis for months. After 60 straight days of F'ing dilution, IMO, he was fed up when we lost support @ .0020 and sold. Many did! I hope we are down some tomorrow so that he can pick up some shares, get back in and trudge on under our new leadership. I listened to the CC twice and the #1 thing I took away from it was..
From this day forward, ANY and EVERY action the company takes will have the best interest of its shareholders in mind. Jake could have easily deflected the RS question as Manu had done some 45 times over the past month.. But he didn't. He spoke the truth.. No one knows the time it will happen and no one knows what news they have prior to the R/S or what price we will be at. NO ONE.
As for Charles.. Net worth 300m... What drives this man? Why is he here? LEGACY!!! At his age, he doesn't want to hear from whiny shareholders... And he won't... Because he KNOWS what he owns. For certain.... NO ONE has been thru a reverse split with a COB as well respected and known as Charles Koppleman. Anyone here name one??? Ha!! No chance. Remember Manu was boss. The things he did probably kept CAK up at night. He has righted a WRONG and I applaud the moves made. The last months have totally sucked. Tonight I sleep well regardless of the "direction tomorrow". I never once thought the studioplex would have been or should have been built under the Manu plan. I always said we are a production company.. Let's make movies! That's what we will do... @ 60-70% margin. We are going to be front page news baby! Medient studios is officially on the map. Good night!
