I don't know what SG's meaning of online is other than fully functional BUT phase one build out usually means its been cleaned out painted, re surfaced and ready for furniture systems which after lease or buy happens pretty quickly if not custom. Phone systems and routing would be 2/3 days but staffing and training takes time. I would think from what was witnessed at red bank it would truly come online after the media campaign begins..
