I think those are valid concerns however with the diet industry, a bunch of companies including Sensa got nailed for false advertising.
Although that's not new news for this industry I don't believe VitaCigs are meant for anything more than preference. I believe one day they will be used for medical delivery but that's not today. MCIG are designed to what the consumer wants to do.

I would be concerned if they entered into the diet/"guaranteed success" arena.

Just my thoughts.
