Unless earlier terminated as provided herein, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue through the end of the Pilot Program on March 15, 2006.
from my understanding they can just keep going on with the agreement that they have now, no need to sign a new one till they want to. so the current cc deal can just hang in limbow. if it is other then this please explain it to me?
