I sent a email about a 8k here was his response AVEW is not a fully reporting company and accordingly SEC Form 8-k is not applicable as we exercise our transparency via wire news release networks and Twitter, both approved forms of news dissemination. As we move forward and achieve our goal as a OTCQB company, a fully reporting company, those forms will be applicable.

Future plans are growth, horizontally and/or vertically, whenever and wherever opportunity is created or presents itself.
