To give credit where credit is due, Recentiy03 is the one who educated me on this. He has posted it multiple times.

I then added my own DD and read the state law and emailed all 8 Clark County Commissioners. Two of the commissioners replied back to me and ensured there is no set number of "permits" being considered in Clark County.

How many they will choose to approve was not disclosed, but no law nor guidelines restrict the number of permits for cultivation or production.

Retired, non user of MJ but support legalization
