Why would this possibly survive when there are dozens of energy drinks trying to do the same thing? This company has no money, they are losing money and diluting the stock in order to fund the loses. This lastest ploy to raise funds was probably to pay those deferred salaries, which I'm sure they had to pay out to the CEO to get him to resign. Most sub-pennies are scams and this looks no different. Even if it were real they won't be able to overcome the coming stockholder lawsuit. How would they pay for that? The only way they have, more dilution. Stick a fork in it. By the way all if those business awards, like best tasting energy drink, are scams. You pay some company and they give you an award.
