You said it yourself right there... the Federal Government. This is not conspiracy talk, this is business talk. The government is the only one holding back the MMJ sector. So much so, that it has become a Fed/State issue in which many states have now basically told the Feds to F*&% off, we will legalize it ourselves.

Watch the coming months very closely now. Especially tobacco and big pharma.

SKTO/AEGY have not violated any FNRA regulations. As a matter of FACT, SKTO survived a FNRA investigation last year in the opening months of trading. I've verified this. (No, I will not post proof, so do not ask. If you don't believe me, that's your prerogative. No sweat off my back.) As a result of this investigation, were they shut down? No. As we all saw, they continue to operate, even to present day.
