Why not? I hope that SKTO/AEGY will get a proper SEC investigation and will merge for the benefit of all shareholders. :)

Some folks seem to be under the erroneous impression that the SEC just randomly suspends stocks, and THEN conducts an investigation while the stock is suspended to see if anything improper has occurred. That is completely incorrect.

The SEC investigation has already been done; the suspension was the result.

The only benefit that will be coming to the shareholders is a tax deduction at the end of the year if you can show a loss.
