I haven't received mine yet...no concern though. When you figure there a billions of shares on the O/S, I'm sure there were MANY shares held by MANY shareholders on the required date. This would mean there are MANY shareholders and share ownership to verify, calculate class C shares to distribute and complete the certificates per shareholder and prepare for mailing. With only a few ppl manually accomplishing this workload combined with all the phone calls and emails from shareholders as well. Working on other aspects of the company (court issues, potential deals, etc). Peter being away on business trips (hopefully working on new deals), pending his return for his required signature on certs. I'm sure I will get mine when they get to my name and get my certs printed out and mailed.
