It's a no brainer Bilboteabaggin

Phase 2 is everything to USPR. Poor results and this thing will fall like a bag of lead balloons.

In my view phase 2 is ongoing.If there was any sign of negative results you'll know,everyone will be running for the door including board members because it will be party over.

They're not.We have a trickle of weak investors selling but no real volume. I don't even look at the sp. It's irrelevant .Well it's not irrelevant to me because I intend to beg,steal and borrow shortly to increase my holding and the lower the price,the better for me.

These oppurtunities don't come round every day.
