What is most disturbing is when people say to just keep buying down. How many times should we buy down? If your wealthy so be it. I can afford to lose the money I invested, however, that doesn't mean I want to. I am done buying down, it's time for APT to produce something or show something real. Come clean on IR issue, come clean on Fins, come clean on real estate deal, come clean on where they are today on production, revenues, contracts etc etc etc. before we get to trips IMHO
