Xlr-v, the problem, as it has always been, is that Frankie never was what it was purported to be by either Jimmy or Billy.

The company has yet to complete one project that it promoted. There's been a lot of hot air and preparing to prepare emanating from the PR mill over the years, each project promising riches for shareholders.

I would think that by now the emaciated boy miners are onto Billy's game and have a rope ready for the next time he tells them how he's going to make their lives a lot better.
