rjc2827, At best we'll see a confirmation that the PSC's have been formally ratified. MAYBE they mention the $$, but I doubt it. That would appear as pump, and one thing we've learned, Brandhuber does not pump!

At worst, we'll learn that monies were NOT paid and the PSC's are invalidated.

I don't see Addax or Sinopec not coming through, hell, they wanted in bad enough to throw coin ERHE's way. They're not going to back out now.
