99.99% of these unregulated companies are scams and run by unethical people. NObody did anything that wasnt planned and the person fired walked away with a great deal of money from diluted shares at the loss of many who don't understand these garbage pink sheets. People, do some research about the intention of pink sheets and decide for yourself what kind of "company" you think this is.
