Classic Bait and Switch here Folks!!!
That's really all it is.
Step 1- bring in experienced management team.
Step 2- come up with a brilliant plan to setup mines. Hooray!
Step 3- convince shareholders that plan is brilliant. Yes it is!
Step 4- dilute shares to raise cash to pay for brilliant plan! Uh okay, let's do it!!!
Step 5- execute plan. Hooray! Things are looking great!
Step 6- Miss a few deadlines here or there. No worries, let's get this done!
Step 7- Oust CEO, Chairmain, and founder of company. Umm okay, atleast we are on track!
Step 8- Continue executing plan. Hooray, 2 mines, YES!!!
Step 9- Replace entire board before 2 mines go live. Umm, why should we do that.
Step 10-Mismanage company. Oh crap, what are they doing.
Step 11-Convince shareholders aquisition is the only way. But I thought we had 2 mines, and things looked great?
Step 12-Force deal selling company down shareholder throats.
Bummer, I thought things were going so well. Atleast I got a dollar per share!!! whew, could have been worse.
Step 13- Make Billions or Trillions of dollars on mines/properties woo hoo. No common shareholders to divide profits with, WE ROCK!! Isn't wallstreet great!
