This board seems awfully timid about commenting on this coup.

Come on here people, this is a coup, they are talking about throwing out the entire board?

Isn't that a bit radical?

This is a maneuver that is only being executed to destabilize the company.

IMHO, this new board will run this company off the rails (ON PURPOSE)

Then we will be forced into an AQUISITION that will be BILLIONS of dollars below actual value of the mine.

Nobody else is concerned here that the ENTIRE board is about to be thrown out on their asses?

We have NO IDEA what the new board will try and do, but my guess is they are only interested in carrying out orders that will benefit the buying company.

This IMO will NOT benefit Common shareholders AT ALL.
