I remember a lot of things. Until a 8K is filed, a LOI is irrelevant and useless.

They spent the money and time to re-register with the SEC and become fully reporting, then a 8K isn't too much to ask.

Pretty sure the SEC would agree.

Maybe STLK can't afford to file a 8K?

There's too much debt with nothing to pay it off. No PPA and we're already $1M in debt.

That doesn't even look good on paper.
