I'd like to respectfully respond to your good questions/comments, all in my opinion:

When the CEO of a company says, "That huge news is coming soon that will allow this to all make sense"...we should take him at his word, hold him to it, and wait to see what that huge news is all about. If I'm not mistaken was there also a mention made of Hollywood at some point?

This was stated on a live webcast and Benny did mention 'big news' was in the works; also indicating it's going through the legal approval process. We should await that news (which may not come out on the very first PR after interview). Reasonably though, we should wait for this into July, IMO. Then we can pass judgement. The Hollywood quote is more rumor from sideline reports.

This is now a true long term hold with any positive outcome years away. The REDG need for cash to keep the doors open through convertibles is ongoing and will not stop any time soon in my opinion. Does anyone see revenue on the horizon...I mean besides the notes?
If the giant size was coming out in July and it's now close to mid June, would we not have heard more about the release?

I agree it's a long hold with ultimate positive outcome - perhaps even closer than we think, IMO. As we await the status of the Giant Sized Comic line launch, we should see revenues from that in the near horizon, IMO. There is a rumor (based on PR and interview contextual 'wording') that the launch is "later" and if so, we should learn of this and the plan to move forward. However, this is one of the key "bread & butter" plans for revenue. I believe they will meet their goals. I mean, as an example, they not only have communicated their intentions - but have this "plan" plastered on their exhibitor's billboards on the upper right hand section at the recent Diamond Summit they were a sponsor at "with free comic books every week": https://www.facebook.com/RedGiantEntertainment/photos/pb.129182517220036.-2207520000.1402545483./413157408822544/?type=3&theater

It's not that the ideas are bad, or that the REDG team is not talanted-they are. The obvious problem is no cash coming through the door. Where are all the big advertisers? Do you think we still have them?

The 'ideas' are not bad at all. Matter of fact, those ideas came to fruition with major advertisers that they secured with REAL product on FCBD. Did it generate revenue (TBD), but this is what they promised to be one of many business models - and they secured this and delivered on that. Now the next level is major prints of their #1 edition comics with the same model - but with more advertisers and more definitive/lucrative revenues. We should allow them to bring this to us - whether it's July or later. Other ideas in the works are actual movies both in pre-productions and post-production....and we already know the other IP catalysts and may even find out more in the near future (who knows - pardon me ahead of time for seeming too optimistic).

Furthermore, their attendance as sponsors at the Diamond Summit (PR'd already) and as listed http://summits.diamondcomics.com/Home/1/1/54/708 will have certainly provided great opportunity to expand and secure further advertisement options. Moreover, there participation at the current e3 expo (already PR's) will provide them access to some other major players here http://e314.mapyourshow.com/5_0/exhibitor_results.cfm?type=alpha&alpha=@&CFID=43301736&CFTOKEN=3b458607021369ca-8DD8DE31-5056-9271-4E41D2BEC3158FFF

Out of that huge list of attendees at both the Summit & Expo: thus bringing the real possibility of them securing MORE great advertising partners (understanding that they've already secured Capcom, Diamond ComicsDistributors, Gamestop, DK Publishing's Lego Movie Books, BBC Americaand Carbine Studios). This basically aligns with what I posted already: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=101939150

It does not feel as if we are on the cusp of big things-it feels more like we are close to the abyss. I hope REDG can pull us back and get this thing moving.

I'm really sorry that you feel that we're closer to an abyss vs. the cusp of big things. I shall stick to allowing them a chance to bring forth the next promise after FCBD's proven product; however side with you on hoping REDG pulls us back from these current note conversions and current finances.

To me, the future looks brighter than any present-day abyss, IMO.
