$300 million dollar contracts tend to take some time.

2 years from now, people will be saying the same thing. It was supposed to be done before this year. The elections is what was supposed to have delayed it.

If JQ doesn't bring in some revenue soon, his newly reborn shell will become insolvent.

Where does that leave the shareholder? In a diluted cesspool.
