Frank Curzio interviewed Jeff Phillips expert on mining tonight I am emailing Jeff Phillips about NIOBF. The trading volume tells me not enough of the investing community knows about NIOBF and nb.v Jeff says it is vital the management is top notch and owns shares and has skin in the game.
He also says it is important to be in the USA stable political situation. He also said he wants management to be running one company not 5 or more companies.

"Jeff Phillips: "Ninety percent of the mining companies, or resource companies, you know, they are listed on these smaller exchanges, they are not really in the business of trying to discover a deposit, and they are in the business of trading paper. Most of those people have options in their deals, and they are constantly exercising those without true measures of success from getting from point A to B, more to do with the market and the underlying speculation in the market. And that’s how they’re making money.

So, again, those are the types of companies 90 percent you want to avoid. I’m looking for those companies that management does have a stake in the company, and it’s their full-time job also. I don’t like to – unless it’s someone pretty spectacular, and you will see groups that have four or five companies, and those groups have had success, and they can manage four or five different companies. I tend to want to see someone that’s full focus is the company that
I’m invested in, and they don’t have three other deals going on in different commodities.
