I suspect we will hear about a company or person that plans to help bankroll the project. If it were me funding the project, I would demand primary control of the company. I never felt confident in MDNT getting bank financing without having hard liquid assets to use for collateral. I also don't expect Manu to just hand everything over and walk away from his dream. He will still be a major player. Just stepping aside so that the project can be funded. That's just my guess. There is no way they would dilute this stock like they did, and then close-up shop. If that's the case, there will be some serious prison time served.
