The CEO didn't do his job! He didn't get it in writing! The CEO lost his job for the mistake! The company put out a retraction! The company filed the retraction with the SEC! The company also let the SEC know that the CEO was fired for the press release! The company isn't a shell. The company makes real products and sells real products! Hundreds of people work for this company! This was not a scam were insiders sold and made profit! This was also disclosed in the SEC filing! Seems like if a penny stock is not perfect it's a scam! Seems like a penny stock makes a mistake it's a scam! We'll if that's true why are we all here playing penny stocks? Because there all scams? SEC should just suspend all pinks and just have grey sheets!
