Here's what I think may be going on. Joe has converged all his business enterprises into a holding company which then, in effect, puts them in a position where if one is going well it helps support the others. It can direct all the energy to that source up until one of the other operations is more in season or a good economic cycle to move forward on that. My thought is Joe is waiting for things to jell in the pot business and take off when that seems right.

But here's where good management moves along with that possibility. For crap sake say so about the above, if it's true, and people can understand whats happening to XTRM with the knowledge it hasn't been trashed. Build some credibility as he has promoted in his Real Estate business. When he doesn't open up he becomes suspect of fraud. Simple as that.
