Wise words, I was just complaining about this exact theory on a couple of my other blogs,
people do not know what cheap means,
cheap could mean $1000 if there are only 10K shares
The average investor or should we say otc investor thinks cheap is .0001
He/she has no idea the mechanics nor do they care they feel they got a bargain and are going to be a million air.
It seems rudimentary....but true,
The good news is ATTBF now has institutional ownership and in my mind is moving to capture the correct crowd of investors it needs to understand it is cheap now.
