1) This is a real company with patented and innovative technology/products.
2) Management is competent and reputable.
3) The float is around 102,000,000; with no dumping to date.
4) Pilot programs are running, and there is revenue (unaudited of course) from current contracts.
5) There has been no "fluff" PRs or pump campaigns.
