Doesn't IDCN own Sierra Cora Ltd. There was all the talk about Reverse merger or ipo with a company to go public. Financing and cooling off period of 90 days. Not able to confirm deals with the likes of GIMU and others. These things could be why he makes no reference to IDCN. Actually he doesn't have to show all of his holdings to anyone. Why he makes no reference to IDCN? This would be my guess.

Since Sierra Cora is a subsidiary of IDCN IMO We shareholders should benefit from it going public as IDCN owns Sierra Cora and should increase the value of IDCN. JMO
