I understand that completely. My point is that it will take a very long time even after full legalization to make weed "acceptable". I think it is a fact of business that people will do what is cheaper and most comfortable and convenient. Some areas that I work in weed is as common as beer and cigarettes. I honestly could not picture 90% of those people changing their pattern even if it is only legal to buy in certain licensed stores. I also think it will be easier for the illegal trafficking as police will be more laxed about mj. There will be businesses that absolutely grow from this and yes states and counties will record increasing sales but I think it will take at least a decade to capture the masses that already smoke.
