Exactly! Just call it for what it is, no spin, no nothing. DNAX screwed up and didn't come clean until after the second trading day. In between the time of their initial Coke PR release and their retraction PR it's suspected that they may have diluted a bunch of shares. That's fraudulent IMO. No other spin necessary, again IMHO.
