When you call Clay, expect that he will be very polite. He will also not answer any of your questions in a way that will satisfy you at all. That's not his fault. Don't get angry at him. He's simply following SEC regulations.

But, you'll get the benefit of talking to him. My suggestion is to ask him hypothetical questions versus questions about SVFC.
