I just receive this email from optionsxpress:

Hello XXX,

The International pricing for stock trades is $9.95 up to 1000 shares if you make 9 + trades per quarter. If you are trading 1001+ shares it is $.01 per share. So if you are looking at 10,000,000 shares that is multiplied by $.01 = $100,000 for commissions alone, plus the price of the trade. We would not charge this high, we would only charge 5% of the total price of the order. So in your example of a price at .0003 with 10,000,000 shares at $3,000 we would charge you at a maximum, 5% of that total trade price or $150 for the commission if you did 9 + trades a quarter. Remember that the stock commission rate is higher if you do not have the trades per quarter minimum, which is $14.95 up to 1000 shares or 1001+ shares $.015 per share.

Someone knows a broker without this limits for european clients?

Thanks
