The press release from MDMN appointing this guy is this:

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/medinah-minerals-appoints-jose-roberto-133000302.html

Notice, in the press release, it says this:

"Recently, he retired from a senior executive position with Volcan Compania Minera, S.A.A., one of Peru’s largest mining companies."

Now in my experience, it is sometimes customary to keep a former senior executive on as a director for consulting purposes. Could there be two guys with almost the same exact name or could it be a misspelling of his name in one place or the other.

On the Vena resource corporate page they also chop up his name and have it as " JOSE ROBERTO ROMAÑA LETTS" what happened to the "de" part? Or are you going to say it isn't the same guy when according to his bio he was/is at both companies...

Mr. Jose Roberto de Romana Letts has been a Director of Vena Resources Inc. since September 1, 2008. Mr. de Romana Letts has been a Director of Medinah Minerals Inc. since May 13, 2014. He served as a Director of Granja Gold Inc. He serves as a Member of a well known and respected family involved in the mining industry in Peru. He has worked in the Peruvian mining industry for many years in senior management positions, his last position being with Volcan, one of the largest mining companies in Peru. Mr. de Romana Letts holds Advanced Management degrees in Management and Finance from St. Edward's University, Austin, Texas.
