No, the new companies will be wholly owned subsidiaries of GNCP , GNCP will hold all the shares is my reading of the PR. I am understanding that these new companies will not have common shares of stock on the market. Someone please clarify if I am incorrect, we all need to know this. It sounds like a way to sell the properties and rights etc without really selling them except to themselves. How this move "screws shorty" I don't know. It may protect the "assets" in some way, but I don't get it just quite yet.
