I would put the R/S still between 150-300, even though my post split math sucked. I think that would reduce the shares below 15 million, which should make the post split price higher up there.
Usually, lately I've been seeing the company split first, and at the same time raising the authorized, which original shareholders can't afford to buy at the new inflated price.
